Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Desktop Engineer on behalf of a leading global FinTech with an extensive delivery centre here in Dubai that services their global client base. This role will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analysing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions & supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with a minimum of 3 years of desktop support experience in an environment with a significant amount of users. You will have a broad base of application knowledge & be a natural problem solver. You will have a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science and have an excellent command of English due to frequent liaison with senior management. Industry certifications will be advantageous. For the moment we are only considering candidates based in the UAE.
