Desktop Support Engineer L1

We are looking for L1 Desktop support engineer for UAE Location.

• Minimum 2Years of Hands-on experience on deskside support
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 , Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Good written and verbal communication skills - Arabic and English
• Printers, IP Phone hands on experience
• MCSE/MCP Certified
• ITSM tool - Basic knowledge on usage of ITSM tool, ITIL Processes
• Basic understanding of IP protocols, Office 365

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
