As an associate developer, you work in an international team. The MENA Finance Localization Team is looking for an enthusiastic, insights-driven, solution-oriented and a vibrant team player with excellent technical and communication skills. Your main tasks will be:

- Collaborate with other development teams and product management colleagues at Globalization Services to identify the best possible solution for our customers
- Analysis and specification of business requirements for related to the Finance Localization Domain
- Design, implementation and test based on SAP's programming model
- Maintenance and corrections in order to keep our solution up-to-date in accordance with customer feedback
- Ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews)
- Be a part of an Agile (SCRUM) development team

Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES / WORK EXPERIENCE

- Degree in Engineering / Master Degree (MS, Ph.D) in computer or equivalent subject
- Effectiveness in problem-solving, results-orientation, Good analytical ability
- Very good powers of comprehension, high quality commitment and self-motivating working style
- Ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in new areas, especially in new technologies
- Constructive and open style of communication
- Team spirit and ability to work with virtual and local teams
- Strong customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner
- Good written and verbal communications skills in Arabic and English for local and global communication.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience in software development
