Development Director - Dubai
One of the key master developers in the GCC are looking to recruit an experience Development Director for hospitality projects in Dubai.
Requirements
The ideal person will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the GCC on similar size projects, must have excellent leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have delivered at least one hospitality project in the GCC.
* Over 15 years' experience in real estate
* Must have high end hospitality experience in the UAE
* Must have worked for a tier one developer
* Ideally been in a project from start to finish
* Experience managing large teams
