Development Director

We are currently looking for a Development Director to join our clients, a prestigious Property Development company in Dubai. This award-winning client has been delivering multi-million-pound luxury residential, commercial and leisure properties globally.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday full time

Main responsibilities:

- Managing a team of developers
- Overseeing and running existing multi-million-pound projects
- Travelling across the globe for new business opportunities
- Conception to completion
- Running feasibility studies

Travel requirements:

- You will be expected to travel globally to meet clients for new business opportunities.

Requirements

Experience:

- At least 15 years of experience in Development role
- Extensive experience in a Design background
- Experience working on projects to include high-rise buildings, hospitality and large-scale residential buildings
- A portfolio of the projects you have managed and completed in the past
- Experience running a team

Specialist Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the planning process in Dubai
