Job description / Role
Our client is a major Dubai based Property Developer synonymous with developing the most unrivalled and innovative projects in the Middle East.
Due to the release of a new ground breaking project, our client is looking to recruit a Development Manager to join its team based in Dubai.
Part of the Development Team and reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for several single asset and mixed use development projects that are integral to the wider urban master plan of a mega master planned community.
Based in the project offices in Dubai, the role will require close working relationships with the internal Investment, Project Management and Design teams as well as external investors, operators and third party developers.

Requirements
• Educated to degree level with an appreciation of creativity, innovation and design
• Lateral thinker
• Entrepreneurial and have proven commercial acumen
• Strong, articulate communicator, both written and orally, who can be a credible ambassador for the project both internally as well as with external partners and investors.
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is self-motivated and who can prioritize and execute tasks with little oversight or management
