Job description / Role
Our client is a major GCC Investment and Development company. Due to continued growth throughout the Region, our client is looking to recruit a Development Manager to be based in Dubai.
Reporting directly into the Head of Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for several single asset and hospitality development projects throughout the GCC.
This is a regional role, which will require some travel. Due to this, bi-lingual Arabic and English speaking candidates would be at an advantage.
Based in the project offices in Dubai, the role will require close working relationships with the internal Investment, Project Management and Design teams as well as external investors, operators and third party developers.

Requirements
• Educated to degree level with an appreciation of creativity, innovation and design
• Someone with key exposure working in Development Management for a reputable developer in the GCC Region
• Lateral thinker
• Entrepreneurial and have proven commercial acumen
• Strong, articulate communicator, both written and orally, who can be a credible ambassador for the project both internally as well as with external partners and investors.
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is self-motivated and who can prioritize and execute tasks with little oversight or management
