Job description / Role
• Involvement from concept development, design feasibility and asset management across new and existing assets
• Generate development appraisals and advise on land acquisition/feasibility
• Assist with the preparation and approval process of existing property operating budgets
• Reporting on financial analysis and market studies and identify return on investment strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years GCC experience
• Minimum 8 years experience across asset/development management
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work until the task is completed successfully.
• Ability to work in a small team environment.
• High moral character.
• Expertise with computer programs, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research.
