Job description / Role
Client is a well know property developer is seeking a well experienced Development Manager with extensive experience in residential and mixed use projects. Suitable person to be willing to travel as and when required.
Requirements
- Hold at least one relevant degree in property development
- Have over 5 years experience as a Development manager
- Experience in handling a project from feasibility studies to delivery of the final project
- Worked on large projects over a billion USD
