DHA AN (Assistant Nurse)

Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and experienced nurses to join well-established clinics in Dubai. Candidates can be either:

DHA Registered Nurses (RN) with ICU experience

DHA Assistant Nurses (AN) supporting daily nursing and patient care activities

You will work in a professional, patient-focused environment, ensuring high-quality healthcare services while collaborating with doctors, fellow nurses, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities – AN:

• Assist Registered Nurses and doctors in routine patient care
• Monitor vital signs, assist with hygiene, mobility, and patient comfort
• Help in preparing patients for procedures and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
• Document patient care activities as directed by senior staff

Requirements:

• Valid DHA RN or DHA AN License (mandatory)
• UAE experience: RN – minimum 2 years ICU experience, AN – 1–2 years assisting in clinical settings
• Nationality preference: Indian / Filipino for RN role
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare environment

Salary:

• DHA AN (Assistant Nurse): AED 3,500 per month

Candidate Profile – DHA RN (ICU Experience)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent.

License/Eligibility:

• Valid DHA RN License (mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in UAE healthcare facilities.
• Experience in patient monitoring, critical care, and ICU equipment handling.

Nationality Preference:

• Indian or Filipino preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, patient assessment, and emergency interventions.
• Knowledge of infection control and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced ICU environments.

Candidate Profile – DHA AN (Assistant Nurse)

Education:

• Diploma in Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or equivalent.

License/Eligibility:

• Valid DHA AN License (mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years assisting nurses/doctors in UAE clinics or hospitals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic nursing knowledge and ability to assist in patient care.
• Monitoring vital signs, patient hygiene, mobility support, and documentation.
• Team player with good communication skills.

• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.

Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
