DHA Home Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Home Care Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide exceptional in-home nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to UAE healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all care activities per DHA guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and support.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

- Possess a valid DHA nursing license with a good standing.
- Proven experience in home healthcare or community nursing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a home care setting.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with high ethical standards.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare protocols and cultural sensitivity.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
