Job Description

We are seeking a male Hindi speakig DHA-licensed Assistant Nurse to join our home care team. The nurse will be assigned to a construction site to provide primary healthcare support, monitor workers’ health conditions, and ensure compliance with safety and medical protocols.

• Valid DHA License (mandatory).
• Male candidate (required).
• Hindi-speaking (must).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to workers at the construction site.
• Monitor vital signs, assess health conditions, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily activity logs.
• Administer first aid, medications, and treatments as per DHA guidelines.
• Conduct routine health checks, injury assessment, and immediate care.
• Coordinate with site supervisors for health-related concerns and worker safety.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
• Report health incidents to management and follow escalation procedures.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
