Dialysis Medical Clinic Senior Manager - UAE
Experienced Medical Manager required to run a new Dialysis centre in Dubai. The incumbent will have full responsibility for commercial management, sales and marketing, managing staffing and overall P&L.

Description
- Experienced Medical Manager required to run a new Dialysis centre in Dubai. The incumbent will have full responsibility for commercial management, sales and marketing, managing staffing and overall P&L.
- Participating in budget planning, monitoring supplies and maintaining Quality Management Systems, you will play an important role in ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
- You will need outstanding administrative, organisational and commercial skills, you will champion best practice in patient management and ensure that Clinic staff are recruited, supported and appraised appropriately.
Job Offer
40,000 - 50,000 AED / Month + bonus, flights, insurance.
Requirements
- Have extensive experience running a medical centre / hospital / medical unit. You will have had responsibility for the commercial success of the unit, managing large teams of staff, P&L management and have excellent commercial acumen
- Experience running a Dialysis unit ideal.
- Clinical experience working within a renal unit is also ideal.
- Be based in Dubai
