Digital Acceleration Manager

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded, global brand who is aggressively growing its digital, mobile, web and consumer focused capability. Our client wishes to add top tier talent to their digital team and is looking to hire a Digital Acceleration Manager.

Our client has huge plans to evolve the customer experience for the digital era and the global digital team is at the heart of this exciting change for the business. This brand is leading the worldwide effort to develop digital initiatives across every facet with customers. This includes new brand engagement, ecommerce, service delivery and digital content capabilities. The digital team are purely focused on innovation across the customer journey, identifying opportunities and developing digital ideas and bringing them to life.

You will work in an entrepreneurial and strategic way to push forward ideas and innovation, execution and culture. This role focuses on providing global and regional guidance and support to their markets and acts as a key partner in planning, strategically and operationally. You will work closely with the MEA business unit team to support and accelerate their markets adoption and optimisation of digital initiatives to help them achieve and exceed their business goals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 6-8 years’ experience delivering proven business results for brands, ideally in both client side and agency capacities. You should also have at least 5 years’ experience with measurable success in planning, deploying and managing large scale digital initiatives across all channels.
