Job description / Role
A private company is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Account Manager to join its’ team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop a marketing plan based on current trends and customer demographics to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the operations team all collateral needed along with details to prepare a brief and design accordingly.
• Manage all online reviews across all channels such as Google reviews, Trip Advisor, and other aggregator channels.
• Review the advertising rates from different media outlets to select the most cost-effective option for reaching customers and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the company’s products or services.
• Coordinate with procurement collateral and packaging prints after the design is approved such as cups, boxes, papers, stickers, brochures, flyers, and any other collateral.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop ad campaigns that effectively reach target markets.
• Manage all back end of e-commerce websites such as updating images, stocks, orders, and coordinating with the operations, and monitoring the competitors’ activities to identify their strategies for growth within their industry.
• Coordinate with designers and production companies to create marketing materials such as brochures or brochure layouts.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals, and serving as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
• Maintain databases of customer information to track customer purchases, interests, and preferences and establish a long-term relationship with customers to identify and meet their needs.
• Establish a strong professional relationship with team members through transparency, frequent communication, and quality assurance, and work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Manage promotional activities for the year in coordination with the operations team.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
• 6-8 years proven work experience in marketing, as a social media manager.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics
• English and Arabic language spoken and written skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid UAE D/L
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent in Advertising Strategies, Digital Advertising and Advertising Campaigns.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues.
• Passion for personal and team development.
