Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Digital Analyst is responsible for the presentation, appropriate categorization, and cross-selling of the products in an e-commerce store to maximize sales.

Key Accountabilities
• Participate in planning and developing seasonal strategies, promotional events, and product launches
• Develop knowledge from both in-store and online expertise in an e-commerce store in a way that increase sales
• Assist in online seasonal demand planning and liaise with regional VC Team Leaders on all off-line local and regional events that could have direct impact on online sales
• Assist in monitoring and steering the performance of online products with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales & profit
• Responsible for country/countries online product management, visited articles, and families/sub-families
• Develop, run and track weekly online product objectives, KPIs and analytics
• Coordinate and manage all online display related projects
• Identify, communicate, and solve any online display inquiries or concerns; Escalate errors and risks appropriately
• Conduct weekly analysis and reports to assess the online sales in-stores and off-stores monitoring weekly orders and low performing articles management, in addition to the customer online experience
• Work along-side with Online Manager to lead and develop improvements that drive efficiencies in the digital merchandising process

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Project Management
• Masters degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Fluency in English is a must; Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
