Job description / Role
We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager to produce high-quality outputs for our client's brand and manage all digital channels for client and influencer acquisition and engagement.
The Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager will help develop our brand identity, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach brands and influencers. They should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.
• Develop high-quality content for all social channels and ads
• Manage, track and analyse media performance and provide recommendations
• Oversee lead generation and CPL optimization across Facebook and other social networks
• Conduct research to learn more about current trends, developments and perceptions
• Manage social engagement including responding to users
• Monitor and report social media and company website metrics
• Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Requirements
Requirements:
• 3-years’ experience in creating strong, engaging content.
• 3-years’ experience in social media marketing including managing and optimizing campaigns on:
• Facebook (Instagram), Twitter, YouTube
• Expert at Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe illustrator
• Excellent English & Arabic (Written & Oral)
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Good knowledge of CRMs: Hubspot, SalesForce, AdEspresso, Mailchimp
• Good knowledge of the SME regional landscape including F&B outlets, attractions, and hotels
• A positive attitude
