About The Role
To work on a variety of projects for online and offline that will meet the ever evolving needs of the business, meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a high standard of communication across the wider teams and throughout the business.
Will interpret and implement innovative and cutting-edge creative across the portfolio' digital channels and support the Lead Digital Creative, Editorial & Styling Manager, Social Media and other areas of the business in responding to briefs, working together to get the best results.
Design engaging and inspiring digital creative across multiple channels, including but not limited to areas such as CRM, digital marketing, social and onsite. Whilst designing content pages and assets across the websites, to support promotional assets for trade and content, seasonal trade pages and brand hubs in a way that is consistent with the brand & style guidelines and best reflects each brand's visual language.
What You'll Be Doing
- To produce innovative, user-focused HTML based solutions that are multi- faceted and incorporate all of the elements of a great experience while being within style guidelines.
- Sophisticated sense of typography and an understanding of its relevance to a good design both online and offline.
- Ensure all creative adheres to style guidelines and articulates brand objectives.
- Creation of digital design and assets for use on our website and social media platforms
- Design presentation and mock-ups to present ideas/executions for approval
- To bring fresh ideas and approaches by combining cultural awareness with an enquiring mind.
- Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure that image quality is at its highest while meeting standard web design requirements. Ensure all images are optimized for all devices. Retouching images as required.
- Collaborate with UX and Development teams to support and improve digital experience.
- Development of technical skills to stay abreast of software changes.

About You
- Minimum of 3 to 6 yrs work experience preferred within industry.
- A degree or equivalent combination of education, strong portfolio demonstrating design and typography skills and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
- Proven design experience for a fashion brand or retailer and proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications with a desirable knowledge and proficiency to work in After Effects
- Knowledge of the HTML process possibilities/limitations and a good understanding of online/mobile user experience is beneficial
- Knowledge and ability to design for offline/print as well as digital channels
- Ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational, time management, and follow through
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
- Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the editorial quality of the site.
- Experience designing in Arabic is beneficial but not necessarily when paired with willingness to learn and confidence in design ability.
