Employment: Full Time

Digital Executive MEA

The key objective of Digital Executive MEA will be to support the Hotel Support Heads in Digital hotel support across the Region. He or she will be actively involved in conducting hotel audits and maximizing direct and indirect Web performance.

Key responsibility:

- Coordinate all e-commerce topics execution related to the respective brands
- Conduct audits of all hotels' digital performance and tools engagement, usage and quality
- Assisting the manager on the day-to-day digital operation routine or tasks
- Develop key focus hotels action plans by hotel
- Optimize e-merchandising activities on brand websites
- Manage, proofread and optimize online content on direct and indirect websites
- Provide CRM, Acquisition and Social Media Managers with e-commerce insights and properties in need
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance
- Design and develop e-commerce user guides for hotels
- Participate in calls, webinar, and meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Audit existing Hotel listings and coordinate new listings creation (Google My Business, TripAdvisor...)
- Coordinate and assist with new opening hotels
- Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media
- Act as Hotel Digital Advisor and enhance online performance across hotels in MEA

Requirements

Desired skills and experience:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Arabic is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Teamwork Skills
- Customer Focused, pro-active and result oriented
- Energetic and passionate to work
- Excellent attention to details
