Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop and implement brand strategies in the digital and offline space, with focus on Audience conversion across platforms
• Driving, mentoring and coaching a team across different verticals in the organization.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals across clients, and agencies
• Create/develop weekly/monthly pipeline matrixes required for internal reporting and actual forecasting of the business.
• Set and allocate the team targets and play a pivot role in motivating and driving the team in overachieving their goals/targets.
• Act as a valuable client partner in achieving all business and marketing complex goals
• Work with both- agencies and clients in advocating the company’s digital ecosystem and grow business
• Business Development role in attracting local/global digital players for commercial partnerships.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of revenue development & leadership for regional/global progressive digital platforms or leading digital brands at client side
• Commercial expertise with a digital background
• Digital product knowledge and expertise
• Mandatory digital video experience.
• Mandatory TV/ Media experience.
• Proactive and Self-motivated leader.
