NTS Group are working with a leading multinational company to recruit a Digital Health Solutions & Services Manager for their Dubai based operations.

The Digital Health Solutions & Services Manager will be responsible for deeply understanding how the user base engages and interacts with the companies mobile applications and digital diabetes clinic and will proactively drive thought-based analyses resulting in actionable insights that influence the future roadmap and value of the platform. This role is critical to the growth, development and fulfilment of Digital Health Solutions & Services’ business strategy and is an opportunity to craft the KPIs that will drive the business forward. The role will partner heavily with the marketing teams (regional and local), Digital Health Solutions & Services at the EMEA LATAM level and the DC Life Cycle Team (LCT). The role will blend structured analysis with deep thinking exercises to provide the analytic backbone for the products.

• Manage and monitor digital app KPIs and develop management reports for upward visibility.
• Partner with regional and local marketing team, digital health solutions & services team and the life cycle team to recommend future roadmap items that create strategic value.
• Conduct market surveillance to maintain competitive position and understand how product performs to relevant peer set.
• Assist in the development and creation of strategic materials including board decks, sales pitches and executive education presentations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product performance, diligence on potential partners and supporting insights for high value business meetings.
• Champion product development initiatives in digital health and serve as the voice for the Middle East market on product development teams.
• Identify and prioritize product development opportunities by working with customers, Marketing groups, internal departments and 3rd parties / partners.
• Develop and execute commercial business models in the digital health/ health informatics pursue innovative opportunities in this space.
• Drive the concept definition and product feasibility phases of the product development process. Understand and prioritize customer value concepts/needs and importance through primary and secondary market research, including one-on-one customer interviews, focus groups and web-based surveys.
• Define Middle East digital health product strategy, including product profile, commercial requirements, target product positioning, competitive position, pricing, branding, distribution, etc.
• To perform her/his duties as described in this job description and other ad hoc duties as requested by the Company.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration or related/equivalent post-graduate degree and at least 4 years of experience with a significant portion dedicated to launching products or companies
• Experience working at a top technology consulting firm and/or leading innovative technology projects in regulated industries like healthcare.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques/processes (i.e. User Stories, TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration & Testing, Pairing, etc.)
• Certifications including one or more of the following: Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI); CSM, LEAN, Six Sigma, SAFe, Certified Software Manager (CSM),PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
• Knowledge and experience with web, mobile, internet and healthcare technologies
