Responsibilities
Digital Project Management and Implementation
- Performs the role of reviewer for all BIM outputs and deliverables
- Provides hands-on training in BIM software i.e. Revit, Navisworks
- Carries out BIM validation reviews e.g. design clash detection, visual checks
- Chairs BIM review meetings/workshops with Project team, Client's team and sub consultants.
- Creates and maintains project tracking documents for design outputs and BIM reviews.
- Provides BIM updates into monthly reports on status of design.
- Leads KEO's BIM academy initiatives and business development.
Proposal Development and Client Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase our firm's technological capabilities as solutions to our clients' challenges.
- Transform and elevate KEO clients' digital capabilities in key areas such as visualization, data analytics, digital modeling, computational design, information management, and solution development.
Client Presentations
- Lead presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the tangible benefits of our digital solutions and their impact on project success.
- Tailor complex digital concepts into clear and accessible messages that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
Client Work Integration
- Partner with project teams to seamlessly integrate digital solutions into the AEC workflow, aligning with client requirements and project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of digital tools to improve project delivery, data analysis, and collaboration, ensuring clients experience the full potential of our solutions.
Technology Adoption and Training
- Identify opportunities for technology adoption and guide the organization in embracing digital tools, emphasizing their practical applications in client projects.
- Develop training programs to upskill staff in the use of new digital technologies, emphasizing their role in solving real-world challenges.
Collaboration and Partnerships
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry leaders, and research institutions, positioning KEO at the forefront of digital advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions, emphasizing their impact on project success.
Other Tasks And Responsibilities
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Perform various clerical and administrative support tasks as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the AEC industry.
- Proven track record in developing and winning proposals for digital initiatives in the AEC sector.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies relevant to AEC, including BIM, VR/AR, Digital Twins, IoT, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
- Project management experience, with a focus on implementing digital solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools in the AEC space.
- Experience in managing change in an organization.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital strategies.
