Job description / Role
Exciting newly created opportunity with a leading retail group based in Dubai but with regional scope. With multiple retail brands under management across a number of market segments including fashion this is an exciting time to join this well respected business.
The Position:
• Development of annual digital plans, associated budgets and marketing strategy for the retail divisions
• Day to day management and oversee production of digital brand content
• Oversee the technical e-commerce both internal & external marketplace interactions
• Work in conjunction with the marketing teams on content and consistent brand integrity
• Be responsible for the order management process across the e-commerce platform
• Work with internal & external systems / IT teams project management of new changes
• Provide management reporting across the platforms on a regular basis
• Management of SEO, Google ad words and site optimization
Requirements
Your Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years commercial Digital Management with an emphasis on e-commerce
• Strong understanding of technical project management within an e-commerce platform
• Ideally coming from a retail / e-commerce environment with an understanding of order management / fulfillment / logistics
• Must be a strong people manager with a coaching & people development style
• Previous experience of overseeing the content management of a platform including video / photo shoots for content
• Proven abilities in managing annual marketing budgets
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Previous experience in Social Media management in English & Arabic (highly desirable)
• Working in a fast paced dynamic environment
