Digital Marketing Analyst

Job description / Role

Job purpose:

Duties for the digital marketing role will include campaign management and setting up conversion pixels to track campaign ROI.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Administration of email marketing (experience in Oracle Eloqua), SMS, and digital marketing platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other Google tools).
• Execute email marketing campaigns, nurturing campaigns, web form creation processing, and landing page creation.
• Data management and segmentation for all digital marketing campaigns.
• Collating and analyzing data from all digital marketing channels to track ROI.
• Providing actionable insight to marketing teams.
• Set up marketing channel tracking using Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.
• Perform website audits and SEO.
• Coordinate with media agencies to monitor ongoing digital and social advertisements.
• Provide campaign best practice support, guidance, and training to marketing.

Requirements:

• Qualification in business and/or marketing management degree or related disciplines, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in an agency or in-house; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Good level of competency in Oracle Eloqua.
