Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual for marketing Cozmo Travel B2C - online travel agency. In this role, you will be required to manage the overall site traffic acquisition & sales performance of Cozmo Travel B2C Online selling platforms and will be accountable for the traffic acquisition, conversion and achievement of revenue targets across all lines of online business. You will be expected to take ownership of all digital marketing, delivering a sustainable, profitable traffic mix & conversions.

Job Description:
- Manage and maximize opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of marketing channels including SEO, SEM, SMO PPC, Google Adwords, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, display marketing, link Building, Email Marketing, E-commerce solutions and online marketing tools.
- Conversion Management in terms of site usability, user journeys, up-sell/cross- sell.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Ensure the site is maintained and updated so as to maximize customer engagement on the site.
- Manage content to support the Sales Team.
- Develop the web as a marketing tool in conjunction with the wider Sales team.
- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels.
- Good in Promotional Content Development.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience using web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Awareness of detailed knowledge and expertise regarding online transactions; from customer acquisition techniques to website usability to secure payment processes.
- Manage internal and external relationships to ensure online revenue targets are maximised.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage the site budget for Cozmo Travel B2C – Online Travel Agency. Provide regular updates to the Management Team with recommendations on options to maximise return on investment, market growth and cost management.

Requirements

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA in Marketing preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in the Travel & Tourism/ Retail industry in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
