Employment: Full Time

V Realty is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with more than 2 years of Real Estate experience who will oversee the overall online marketing strategy for the company. A lead generator who can work aggressively in lead generation, with excellent communication skills in English, highly self-motivated, and eager to learn.

He must have thorough knowledge in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, launch advertisements, create content to increase brand awareness, and marketing experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, web analytic tools, sms, google ads, email, social media
• Create and mange day-to-day online advertising and lead generation campaigns on different digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Adwords, etc.) with a strong focus on leads and sale conversions
• Monitoring and managing the website and social media presence
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years work experience in marketing or related field
• Aggressive lead generator
• SEO and SEM knowledge
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Google Analytics
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent in creating digital and social media marketing campaigns
• Preferably familiar in using creative software such as Illustrator, photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Good English communication skills
