Summary

- To ensure that personnel/Official records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all e-marketing records

- To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
- Approving/supporting of Digital Marketing billing and invoicing needs for Hyatt Hotels in Dubai
- Support Director of Digital Marketing of Hyatt Hotels in Dubai for the implementation of Digital Strategies and ensure all Digital Project timelines are meet as planned
- Responsible for targeted Return on investment or objective are been achieved for all On-line marketing activities including search engine marketing (PPC & SEO), Display advertising, mobile marketing, Social media, etc. and any deviations to be immediately reported
- Responsible for all website content reviews for SEO and Hot- spot checks for Broken Links and updated content is maintained for all hotels, along with the support from MARCOM and PhD Agency team
- Responsible for PPC AdCopy review for all the Hyatt Hotels in Dubai and ensure they are being optimized for best performance
- Spot checks on the email strategy for the Hotels as well as sharing best practices to the Hotels for effective email campaigns. Further ensuring e-mail campaign are in line with brand and privacy standards
- Opt-in Data Base checks
- Executing the creation of all mini sites and local language sites along with MARCOM team and ensure compliance of global mini site standards are followed
- Coordinate with agency for Hotel day to day on-line Marketing requirements and attend performance calls
- Provide Hotel website and E-commerce related training
- Assist Digital Marketing Director with Minisites feasibility, development and also putting together required case studies
- Meet with digital and Ecommerce industry representatives (i.e. vendors, agencies, media partners such as Google, Zomato, Trip Advisor etc. if necessary) to gain insight to best practices
- Attend Travel Digital/E-Commerce seminar to be updated with Market Insights and latest Digital trends
- Acquire necessary trainings/certifications in Digital Marketing to be updated and remain certified within the Digital Travel industry

Requirements

Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Digital Marketing Executive or 03 years as Digital Marketing Coordinator. Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
