Digital Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Manager and driving our real estate marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of real estate marketing campaigns, including online and offline strategies.
• Conduct research on the Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and competitor analysis.
• Manage and update our company website using WordPress (knowledge of other CMS platforms is a plus).
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website ranking.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget allocation.
• Create engaging content (blog posts, social media content, email marketing) to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Develop high-converting landing pages for lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.
• Assist with press releases and media relations (if applicable).
• Support with other marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Google Digital Marketing Certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Experience in real estate marketing is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and SEO principles.
• Experience with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills (both English and Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
