Job description / Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive at our renowned Medical Consultancy client in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their online presence and driving engagement across various digital platforms. Your expertise will help elevate their brand in the hair transplant, dental, and plastic surgery sectors, attracting prospective clients and building lasting relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the redefinition of brand identity as our client expands into new ventures, ensuring consistency with their core values.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media platforms to generate leads and optimize conversions.
- Create engaging world class content for websites, blogs, and social media that resonates with, engages and builds trust with potential clients
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manager PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation in key markets
- Collaborate with medical professionals and the creative team to ensure accurate representation of services offered.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for growth whilst differentiating our client across all market sectors they operate in
- Maintain and update their website and social media channels to ensure they remain current, relevant and engaging.
- Build and nurture a community of followers and clients through regular communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
CANDIDATE PROFILE
This client operates in an image conscious sector so exceptional personal grooming is essential for this role and they have a formal business attire dress code for all employees.
In addition you will need to evidence:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytics platforms and content creation
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, CRM systems and social media trends
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or consultancy sectors.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is absolutely mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engagement.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media management tools).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and convey ideas to senior management.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Health care, air ticket, visa and an excellent commission plan
