Summary
You will play a crucial role in the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity, and driving social campaigns for Grand Hyatt Dubai.
You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.
- Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
- Update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
- Manage online listings and respond to guests' online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in digital, e-commerce, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively.
