Job description / Role
Scope of Work:
• Manage paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and organic content
• Understands CXO cycle, Google ad mgt, Lead Automation, Data Query BI
• Run analytics on campaigns, optimize cost-per-lead
• Lead design direction for all external marketing
• Align marketing launches with membership pushes and event cycles
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles. Prior experience managing paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and integrated brand strategies.
• Technical & Marketing Skills: Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and influencer platforms. Strong grasp of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and lead funnels. Familiarity with customer journey mapping, particularly for CXO-level audiences.
• Data & Analytics: Experience with BI tools and data querying (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Ability to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and reduce cost-per-lead.
• Creative Direction: Strong eye for visual branding and ability to guide design direction across social, digital, and print. Collaboration experience with designers, content creators, and agencies.
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to align digital marketing strategy with business goals, particularly membership growth and event timelines. Skilled in campaign planning for product launches, partnerships, and content releases.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination abilities. Agile mindset, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Preferred: Experience in membership-driven platforms, startups, or event-based marketing. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and community engagement best practices.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
