Digital Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead, manage, grow and inspire our Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Copywriting teams
• Collaborate with our many Brand Marketing teams on Omni-Channel Marketing initiatives and ensure that we deliver quality results on all business promises
• Distinguish between great and poor graphic design on the basis of the design principles and best practices that we care about
• Manage and refine our Graphic Design guidelines to ensure that we consistently deliver quality results that only improves over time
• Manage multiple email marketing campaigns for multiple brands, ensure campaign delivery that’s on-time, on-cost and on-quality, and follow through on sharing campaign performance with the right stakeholders
• Understand and appreciate what excellent and user-friendly copy looks like and ensure that our Copywriting team always delivers nothing less than this
• Be proficient with Google Analytics 360, be able to comfortably measure how our Marketing efforts are performing and suggest improvements accordingly
• Manage, nurture and grow vendor relationships
• Optimize costs wherever possible without compromising quality
• You will report into the Head of Marketing

Requirements

• You have 5-6 years of relevant Marketing experience from some of the world’s best Ecommerce companies or digital Marketing agencies
• You’re a hands-on team player and an excellent multi-tasker who can thrive in both a startup and enterprise environment
• You have a history of successfully demonstrating data-driven Marketing results
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are extremely organized
• You have the ability to think on your feet and are an exceptional problem-solver and project manager.
• You have strong influencing skills and can effectively drive change across a business
• You have the experience and confidence to present business performance to senior executives
• Paid Digital Marketing experience and a solid understanding of best practices is a great plus
