Digital Marketing Manager

Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the Middle Easts biggest retailers in search for a Digital Marketing Manager. This leading brand, well-established in the UAE market, is looking for someone who can take ownership of the implementation and delivery of the digital marketing strategy in order to drive quality customer acquisition.

As Digital Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

* Driving new customer acquisition with a strong focus on ROI and CPA.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media stratergy ensuring visibily and traffic.
* Planning and managing the annual digital expenditure budget.
* Developing and leading the online acquisition strategy to increase ecommerce growth both in the UK and internationally.
* Working closely with the eCommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

* A strong track record in social media marketing across paid channels.
* Experience in driving profitable sales and managing SEO, PPC, Display and Affiliates.
* Good understanding of and capability to lead CRO.
* Experience within Digital Marketing desirably from a fashion or retail background
* Good team management skills and has experience in growing an enthusiastic team.
