Job description / Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Dubai, UAE. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads. You will leverage your expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
- Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and social media content, to engage and inform our audience.
- Lead social media marketing efforts by developing engaging content and managing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
- Utilize email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients through targeted campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Real estate experience is must.

Salary:
AED
7,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
