Location

We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.

Role overview

Are you a full-stack growth marketer ready to pioneer user acquisition at the frontier of DeFi? We're seeking a Digital Growth Manager to spearhead our growth engine. This is a high-impact role focused on relentless execution: you will design, own, and deploy sophisticated, data-driven campaigns across paid ads, email marketing, and strategic growth partnerships. Your mission is to scale our on-chain user base, ignite our product launches, and collaborate daily with Brand, Product, and BD to turn ambitious goals into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise ad campaigns
• Track and improve campaign ROI, engagement, and user acquisition
• Plan and execute lifecycle and product update email campaigns
• Analyse performance, optimise based on insights and assist with reporting
• Coordinate influencer activations and help manage ambassador output
• Own timelines, deliverables, and tracking across digital campaigns
• Identify and activate paid media and co-marketing opportunities
• Align with BD on launches and integrations

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a growth marketing role, with demonstrable success scaling user acquisition and engagement for a Web3 or high-growth tech product
• Possess expertise in designing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns (from paid ads to community-led initiatives) that drive tangible on-chain activity
• A deep understanding of the entire growth funnel, backed by strong analytical skills to measure what matters—from top-of-funnel awareness to on-chain conversion and retention
• Live and breathe DeFi and have a sophisticated understanding of the competitive landscape, key protocols, and the motivations of on-chain users

Key skills

• Power-user mastery of the modern growth stack, comfortably navigating both Web2 analytics (e.g., GA, Mixpanel) and on-chain data platforms (e.g., Dune, Nansen)
• Ability to excel in an async, remote environment with a hands-on mentality for both devising strategy and executing flawlessly
• A relentless, data-driven approach to formulating hypotheses, testing them rapidly across channels, and scaling what works
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex DeFi concepts simply and persuasively for both crypto-native and mainstream audiences

Nice to have

• Experience with ambassador or community-led programs
• Prior work in DeFi or Web3 growth
• Knowledge of performance benchmarks in crypto ads
• Experience with creative asset production
• Familiarity with 1inch ecosystem or competitors
