Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social

• Defining and implementing digital marketing campaigns in line with the brands strategies and objectives.
• Launching and managing new social media pages.
• Social Media Calendar development according to brands guidelines, campaigns, retail promotions, holidays, etc.
• Collecting and organizing imagery and assets for all brands.
• Write and optimise content for the brands sites and social media accounts in English (Ideally Arabic too).
• Create, edit, and post visuals, videos, and audio content to online sites.
• On site Stories and Lives creation from stores, events and activations.
• Monitoring and managing the brands online reputation and awareness by ensuring relevant online presence.
• Oversee social media strategies and drive online conversation.
• Tracking brand's online performance, spot opportunities online, new technologies, and constantly optimize existing digital assets.
• Responding to customers' requests made via social media, email, forum, etc.
• Track and analyse traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Weekly contact with Performance Agency for SEO and PPC reports.
• Weekly contact with PR Agency for Influencer marketing strategies and follow up.
• CRM and Loyalty program assistance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure digital strategies are integrated with other marketing programs

Events

• Coordination with Events organization.
• Support with planning and execution of outdoors and instore activations.
• Designing the layout for marketing events and engaging the 3rd parties.

General Assistance

• Managing layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
• Moch Up Design.
• General marketing assistance when required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising/design, marketing or communications.
• MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• 3 years of experience in the field of social media and events.
• Experience with Google Sketchup or Relevant 3D Software. Google Adwords, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Wordpress, and similar
