PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for SAP's overall digital and social platforms related with demand generation, brand and all other marketing functions. Digital presence is vital to SAP's global innovation agenda and builds new business model- and market driven innovations to help customers realize the most business value.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for driving awareness, demand generation, SAP brand purpose, keeping a focus on employee and customer advocacy.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with all marketing, communications functions and all business functions with different seniority levels across the organization, We are looking for a self-motivated and talented person to lead our digital activities. In this position, you will oversee producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition. This role will be responsible to manage relevant 3 rd parties, agencies and will be in close collaboration with EMEA South teams.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of digital materials
- Create, curate and execute the digital marketing (web, email, webinar, social etc.) strategy
- Maintain the editorial calendar for ME South
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing organization to ensure the successful promotion of all content
- Create strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand recognition and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the maintenance and updates of the digital property
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Motivated talent with digital skills
- Relevant experience in the marketing area
- Tendency to work in digital first approach
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent team player
- Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver/ promote content
