Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description / Role

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, create and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against objectives (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and information, and optimize spend and performance based on the information.
- Contribute new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, conduct and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrable work experience in digital marketing.
- Management of SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user qualification funnels.
- Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Up to date on the latest trends and best practices related to online measurement and marketing.
