We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative real estate team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, attract qualified leads, and drive business growth in a fast-paced property market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and online presence to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to create compelling content and promotional material tailored to target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices specific to the real estate industry.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and creative skills with an ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools is a plus.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
