Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Strategy Manager with a focus on performance media and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating, managing, and optimizing digital media strategies to drive growth and ROI for clients. This role will be responsible for leading strategy development, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through media activation to achieve optimal ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Strategy: Create tailored digital media strategies for e-commerce clients, focusing on performance marketing (paid search, social, display, and programmatic).
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify business growth opportunities and design strategies to activate these opportunities through media, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving ROAS targets.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to achieve and exceed client KPIs.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights, performance updates, and recommendations for scaling.
• Media Planning & Buying: Oversee media planning and buying across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for campaign improvement and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in digital media strategy with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce media clients and delivering successful ROI-driven campaigns.
• Experience in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing media strategies to manage revenue and ROAS.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
• Proficient in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and campaign tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with media planning, buying, and optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
