Job description / Role
The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for the stability and availability of all of our Digital platforms, (including the management of our partners and vendors), to ensure the best digital experiences for established, new and non-customers; both in the commercial and support domains.
5-8 years of experience in digital operations role, preferably in telecom industry
Bachelor degree in engineering or computer science
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience in project management, Excel power-user.
- Highly organized and flexible problem solver.
- Ability to balance short and long term priorities
- Approachable team player with strong oral, written, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
