Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an exciting, widely recognized Food and Beverage brand which are looking to hire a Digital Performance Analyst. This role will be responsible for daily monitoring of Ecommerce/App platforms including loyalty features and will analyse data to measure performance, customer behavior and marketing campaigns.
This is an independent contributor role and will report in to the head of marketing, therefore the successful individual needs to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills. Ultimately this role will be responsible for proactively gathering data from various sources via the App, brand website and loyalty program to determine key trends and opportunities for the business, sharing results and KPIS with the senior leadership to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
A large focus for this role will be to monitor the app performance and to continuously enhance and develop new features and different reporting options, therefore the successful individual must have strong knowledge and experience with business intelligence tools and experience in Statistical Packages such as R, SAS,SPSS. In addition, this role will manage all communications such as email, SMS and push notifications for the loyalty App members based on their purchasing behavior and will regularly add and update information on the app including loyalty promotions and brand updates.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, F&B industry experience is highly advantageous. In addition, it is essential to have previous experience in loyalty programs and ecommerce applications
