Employment: Full Time

Gulf Commercial Group – Office Imaging looking for a Sales Account Manager. This individual will be ultimately responsible for achieving Department’s objectives, sales KPIs and targets at assigned key customers as well as to maintain and develop sale.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolios of account executives, maintain and expand professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Achieve assigned profitable sales volume, strategic objectives in assigned accounts and customers’ expectations.
- Lead project management activity.
- Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate Line Management to avoid any potential gap within the actual sales projects.
- Build a sales 'territory' within the assigned market segment.
- Deal with all aspects of sales campaigns.
- Use an existing networks of industry contacts to generate new business.
- Train other associates of the account team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Attend client meetings.
- Process and develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with logistics and Service department to ensure delivery and installation in line with the customer’s requirements in timely manner.
- Update sales pipeline and maintain target account list.
- Enter all the tenders and quotations in the system.

Job Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales targets for self (if any) and the team in order to ensure that the division targets are achieved.
- Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor in order to make sure that the senior sales team is fully informed and able to take timely business decisions especially with regards to the gap between actual and projected sales.
- Manage and coach sales staff in order to ensure high performance and motivation so as to achieve division targets
- Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them in order to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
- Coordinate with logistics and service department to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with the customer’s requirements
- Support the finance division in order to ensure healthy and timely collections (cash flow).
- Understanding the economic structure of an industry
- Identifying segments within a market; identifying a target market
- Identifying the best customers in place
- Understanding competitors and their products
- Establishing environmental scanning mechanisms to detect opportunities and threats
- Coordinating the sales function with other parts of the promotional mix, such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and publicity
- Creating a sustainable competitive advantage

Requirements

- Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering
- At least 6-10 years as Service Manager servicing from Digital Photocopiers, printing machines or related industry; at least 2 years of which, acting as Service Manger of successful experience in the field of trading industry as a Service Manager
