As the Digital Platform Quality & Release Director, you will establish and oversee quality assurance and release processes for a large-scale digital platform. Your mission is to ensure all updates meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, security, and user experience, while enabling smooth and disruption-free releases.

Description

* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA framework for the platform.
* Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of platform releases.
* Design and execute detailed test plans, including UAT and automated testing solutions.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for performance and security testing.
* Build and maintain a repository of test cases reflecting platform evolution.
* Monitor QA metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in QA processes.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* Minimum 9 years of experience in QA and release management, with proven leadership capability.

* Expertise in automated testing, UAT, and security testing.
