Employment: Full Time

* As a Digital product manager you will own products from web, app, core tools, marketing tech to subscription products.
* You will devise roadmaps and maintain backlogs and establish key KPIs for products and meet those targets

Description

* Product ownership of assigned products, devising roadmaps and maintaining backlogs.
* Establish key KPIs for products and meet those targets, leveraging support from others to do so.
* Enhance and develop tools, features and services that meet audience needs and serve business requirements.
* Assess and balance competing priorities for resources to maximise impact and ROI.
* Manage third parties on a day-to-day basis.
* Bring together internal and external resources as appropriate to ensure successful product releases.
* Communicate consistently and effectively to ensure awareness of product developments and adoption of related publishing tools across teams.
* Incorporate bug fixes and upgrades alongside enhancements and bigger initiatives to ensure stability, performance and compliance with external systems and frameworks.
* Ensure SEO optimisation and analytics tracking are always duly integrated into all development.
* Ensure all projects are fully documented and broken down into detailed stories/acceptance criteria.

Requirements

* You will have Digital Product management experience from Media or Publishing industry
* Solution driven with a passion for technology, and a keen eye to identify opportunity in an ever-changing landscape
* Ability to package and communicate marketing and product ideas to various stakeholders with strong creative and technical judgement
* A proven track record of delivering high-impact projects under pressure in a constantly evolving environment.
* A customer-first approach with an innate curiosity to understand our customers
* Strong analytical skills geared towards iterative solution of user problems based with data
