Job description / Role
RBBi have achieved significant growth since our humble beginnings 6.5 years ago. We are now working on some fantastic projects across a range of industries, due to this exciting growth are looking for a UX Project Manager to join our family. This role will be an integral part of the company’s mission to provide exceptional service and delivery to our partners.

You’re optimistic, energetic and have the curiosity to try and learn new things. You must be exceptionally organised with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards the project goals. Strong listening skills are essential to help understand the challenges and aspirations of our clients, and in turn drive the team to turn plans into reality.
What you’ll do:
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop full scale project plans with schedules and timelines
• Understanding project budgets and plan resource within the scope
• Clear, concise communication on project deliverables, timeframes and expectations to team members and external stakeholders
• Provides leadership and direction to project teams
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Using your keen eye for detail to ensure that all work delivered is of the highest standard and performing full QA on any deliverables
• Identify new opportunities while working on projects
Requirements
What you’ll need?
• 2-4 years’ experience as a digital project management role working on UX projects, experience managing data and analytics projects would be highly desirable
• Experience working in digital agency is a must
• Understanding of the digital ecosystem – able to understand briefs to call on the right team members with the appropriate skillsets to deliver top quality work.
• Experience with various industry leading project management tools and platforms – Jira would be highly desirable
• Experience working in agile project environments
• Team orientated personality with the ability to harness the skills of individual team
• members to deliver great work in line with the client’s requirements and brief
• Fair and firm approach - able to push back on bad practice or unrealistic requests from clients
• Adept with figures – able to lead the project team to work within target budgets
• Professional attitude – able to work with different team members from varying backgrounds and skillsets.
