Digital Sales and Customer Support Executive up to 5k Aed for a Paper Manufacturing Company in Dubai

• POSITION: Digital Sales and Customer Support Executive
• SALARY: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus flexi work timings
• HIRING COMPANY: Paper Manufacturing Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time / Flexi Time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationals, preferably Indians, Filipinos and Chinese
• Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related course
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work of experience in digital sales and marketing, social media, e-commerce or customer support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handling e-commerce website content and responsible to plan and add new categories
• Handling issues related to orders and communicating with seller support
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
• Developed successful online sales operations from scratch by establishing and following strategic vision, mission and operational plans
• Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfilment
• Managed quality assurance program including on site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys
• Monitored social media and online sources for industry trends
• Promotes, sells, and upsells current customers on upgraded products
• Maintains a thorough understanding of supported products and services

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• E-commerce / online retail background is a must
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent upselling skills
