On behalf of one of the regions most anticipated digital magazine launches, i-Talent is on the hunt for a performance driven and highly experiencedDigital Advertising Sales Manager. The product has global recognition and is one of the most iconic and successful publishing platforms for advertisers.
Job Description:The Digital Ad Sales Manageris expected to maximize advertising revenues from media agencies and clients through proactive sales activities. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated people manager that understands the luxury and fashion markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and maintain advertising base
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business
- Build strong relationships with key contacts from media agencies,
- Maintaining a high level of contact via the phone, e-mail and face to face meetings
- Adapt unique and relevant sales presentations & proposals to each sales opportunity to achieve the advertisers’ objectives while increasing market share
- Generate advertising revenues in online formats, ensuring all bookings are followed up and recorded accurately
- Achieve sales and creative targets set by the Business Director
- An ability to understand a market and create new ideas to maximize revenue potential
- Working along side Publishing Director to devise sales strategies to ensure effective planning
- Proactive sales prospecting and lead generation
- Report accurately on business prospects in sales meetings and to Publishing Director
- Forecasting knowledge and the ability to manage an assigned budget
Requirements
- 5+ years media sales experience - in a luxury title, preferably fashion
- Dedicated Online media sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealing with clients & media agencies at all levels
- Self-motivated, independent and driven
- Ability to work under pressure & show attention to detail
- Fluent in English, spoken Arabic a plus
Salary: Up to AED 20,000 + Commissions
