Job description / Role
• Responsible to leverage the company’s social & digital activities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
• Develop social media lead generation campaign and connect it to the CRM system
• Successfully design and market the launch of new projects by developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, etc.)
• Analyse project data for audience targeting
• Ensuring maximum lead generation at the lowest cost per lead while maintaining quality
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and news such as social updates and changes in algorithms
• Understand the key measurement tools available
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of digital experience. Real estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Creative with design skills
• Excellent at multitasking. This is a fast-paced role that requires ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
• Attention to details
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc...)
• Software Skills: good knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, photoshop.
• Digital/Social Marketing: 3 years – Real estate experience is an advantage
• Proficient in English. Arabic is a plus.
