Job description / Role
Developing Comprehensive Digital Strategies:
• Your primary responsibility is to devise and implement digital strategies that prioritize performance-based results. This involves understanding client objectives, analyzing market trends, and leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and data analytics to create tailored strategies
Performance Marketing Expertise:
• You'll need to have a deep understanding of various performance marketing channels such as PPC advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, etc. Your goal is to optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Your expertise in SEO will involve conducting comprehensive audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and staying updated with search engine algorithms to ensure clients' websites rank well
• You'll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, and using insights to optimize strategies in real-time. This involves utilizing various analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness
Business Development and Client Management:
• A significant part of your role involves engaging in business development activities. This includes crafting strategies for pitches, and leading client presentations.
• Responsible for supporting all development and activation of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g. Search, Social, Paid Media, User Experience, Content Marketing, Email marketing, etc) to drive demand among end users
• Assist in monitoring lead generation quality and lead management process to ensure revenue growth through leads/opportunities
• Analyze various data sources (i.e. 3rd party research, competition, digital trends, past campaign data) to help guide and inform campaigns
Requirements:
• 6+ years of Online Marketing Experience, Agency Background: have a deep understanding of the dynamics of client-agency relationships, project management, and the nuances of delivering results in various industries.
• Strong Understanding of Digital Analytics
• Proficiency in digital analytics is a key competency.
• The candidate should be adept at interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, and using analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Passion for Digital Marketing and Performance:
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a genuine passion for digital marketing, particularly in driving performance-based results. This passion fuels their motivation to stay updated with industry trends, experiment with new strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Performance and Purpose-Driven Mindset:
• A focus on performance and purpose is crucial in driving meaningful results for clients.
• The candidate should prioritize measurable outcomes aligned with client objectives while also considering the broader impact of their strategies on brand reputation and customer engagement
• Demonstrable experience with SEO and CRM platforms
• Deep understanding and experience in Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, TIktok and programmatic campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
